    They have had my new XT 4 3 different times for more than 3 weeks total and still not able to resolve the problem with navigation system. And now their close for a least 2 weeks because of the corona virus pandemic

    Multiple issues including delay of receiving vehicle, lack of communication on status, list paperwork, and new issues surfacing with extras we purchased specific to the vehicle coating which is peeling in many areas and will need to be replaced

    At Toyota, they ask you if you would like your car washed when you are dropping it off. At Cadillac, the female asked me after they were done working on my vehicle, after I paid. She returned back not even 5 minutes later. On days it's raining or freezing, which consists of most days in the year in Pierce County, you guys won't wash it. But on sunny days there shouldn't even be a reason to ask us as this is a service you advertise, then you should just do it. The explanation of other services my vehicle needs was also not relayed very well.

    Came in for an oil change and got a tsb service done as well. Luke Miller was the tech and did a wonderful job
